DJ Khaled ‘s “Major Key” First Week Sales Projections Success or FLOP ALERT?

Last Friday, DJ Khaled released his very highly anticipated “Major Key” album, which is star packed with features from Jay-Z, Drake, Future, Nas, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, J Cole, Yo Gotti, Fabolous, and more! The album follows up on all the hype of his viral Snapchat success, new endorsement deals, and his new deal with Roc Nation. The first week sales projection numbers are in, and according to HitsDailyDouble , the Major Key album is set to sell 67,000 – 72,000 copies(which includes streaming) or 45,000 – 50,000 in pure sales which is a success.

The Major Key album made #1 on iTunes this week and the sales of this new album are actually an improvement from his last album “I Changed Alot” which only did 25,000 in sales first week. Sales have doubled for Khaled due to his Major Key success advice videos on Snapchat which the Miami DJ capitalized on since he is a marketing genius.
